This Privacy Policy explains how Calcavero ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you visit calcavero.com and use our free business, ecommerce and marketing calculators.
Information you enter into calculators
Calculator inputs and calculations are processed locally in your web browser. The current calculators do not send the numbers you enter to Calcavero's servers, create a calculator account, or store those numbers in a Calcavero account. Avoid entering confidential or personally identifying information into a calculator.
Website hosting and technical information
Calcavero is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the site, Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and maintain the website, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. Analytics and advertising
As of the date above, Calcavero does not use Google Analytics or another website analytics service, and we do not display third-party advertising or use Google AdSense. We do not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide appropriate notices and consent or preference controls before those technologies are used.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current Calcavero website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary or security-related technologies to operate, protect or deliver the site. Your browser may also retain ordinary technical information such as cached website files. You can manage or clear cookies and cached data through your browser settings; blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality or security.
Email enquiries
If you email [email protected], we receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message, along with ordinary email transmission details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, handle feedback and maintain relevant correspondence. The address is configured to forward incoming messages through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google may process the message and related technical information to provide their email services under their respective privacy terms. Please do not email passwords, payment card details or sensitive financial information.
How long information is kept
We do not maintain user accounts or store calculator entries. Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, and may then be deleted. Technical logs are handled by our hosting and security provider according to its own policies and settings.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a privacy request, email [email protected] and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

Calcavero is a general-purpose website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at [email protected] so we can review the request.
